Alan and Pat Braithwaite share their amazing experiences from their first day of their Trans-India Challenge, travelling from Mumbai to Pune. It started with a suprise visit from the Royal Enfields of Royal Hearted Riders, much to Alan’s delight, who escorted them through the city.
The 73-year olds will travel 3,500 miles across India and back over the next month, visiting Goonj operations and experiencing everything that India has to offer as they peddle their Morgan 3 Wheeler through towns, cities and villages before finishing back in Mumbai in time for the Holi celebrations in March.
