Alan and pat Braithwaite’s Morgan 3 Wheeler, Queen Bee, temporarily lost her buzz just 40 km from the end of Leg 1 of the Trans-India Challenge when her transmission failed. While disappointing and frustrating, the setback is far from terminal and the car has been sent on to Kolkata by transporter for repairs.
Meanwhile, Alan and Pat have continued their journey up the coast of the Bay of Bengal, visiting Goonj project sites and rural villages in their quest to learn more about how the India NGO works with small, tribal communities to spark social and economical development.
